Programs We Offer

 Awesome Academy will supervise students' homework and provide a variety of enriching and creative activities they can participate in. Homework club and extra curriculum clubs (school days 8/19/24 -12/20/24 until 6pm) are available for the following Four elementary schools (transportation will be provided):  

Churchill Road ES, Franklin Sherman ES, Haycock ES, and Kent Gardens ES. 

For students not from these schools, parents can drop off students to Awesome Academy with 10% discount.

Registration fee: $50 for each student.

* Minimum enrollment 5 students. Minimum 3 students from the same school to arrange transportation.
* 10% Discount for multiple children within the same household.

 Waiver

• To ensure the safety of your child during our After School Club Activities, please read and sign the following WAIVER for Check In. By signing this WAIVER, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below:
• Activities Date: From August 19, 2024, to December 20th, 2024
• Activities Location: 6888 Elm St Suite 2A & 2C, McLean, VA 22101
• Activities: Use of the class facilities, participation in various activities and games.
• Risk Acknowledgment: While we will make every effort to ensure safety, there may still be unforeseen risks during the activities, including but not limited to physical injuries, property damage, etc.
• Authorization for Photos and Videos: Parent/Guardian authorize the Awesome Academy after school clubs to use photos and videos of the participants for promotional and educational purposes without providing any remuneration or other compensation.
• WAIVER Clause: Parent/Guardian agree that Awesome Academy and its staff will not be held responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from unforeseen accidents or incidents during the event.
• Emergency Handling: In case of an emergency, we will contact Parent/Guardian as soon as possible and take necessary measures to protect your child.
• Parent/Guardian have read and fully understand the contents of this WAIVER and agree to all its terms.

Q&A

What is the refund policy?

1. The registration fee will not be refunded.

2. Withdraw before the semester/month begins, and you will receive a full refund!
3. Withdraw within the first week of the semester/month, and you will only be charged for one week of class. The remaining balance will be refunded to you as a credit for any future Awesome Academy clubs, camps and courses.
4. Withdraw within the first two weeks of the semester/month, and you will be charged for two weeks of class plus a $100 processing fee. The remaining balance will be refunded to you as a credit for any future Awesome Academy clubs, camps and courses.
5. Withdraw after the first two weeks of the semester/month and you will receive no refund or credit.

Is there any late pickup fee?

Our after-school activities end at 6:00 pm. Please pick up your child(ren) promptly. The late fee will be charged $1/minutes.

Do you offer school-out daycare or winter break camp?

Awesome Academy will offer additional programs in the future.
